aimee at reception. the hotel location allows easy access to places, supermarkets and public transport. i found the hotel clean with modern updates and nice character. the breakfast was generous with so many options, i really enjoyed the choices.
the water temperature in the bathroom tap only heated to lukewarm (though it wasn't a huge issue).

the hotel is within a 15-minute walk to the city center. it is close to supermarkets and places to eat. there is also good access to public transportation with bus lines nearby.

The breakfast offered many options. I thought it was wonderful. the location worked for me because it was close to shops. i found a beautiful canal nearby and accessible parks. the beds were quite comfortable too.
My view was of the carpark. That was not ideal. aircon units made loud noises outside, disturbing my sleep. i could not turn the heating off as it is centrally controlled. housekeepers chatted loudly late at night near a linen cupboard.

the room was spacious, and it included nice decor. the bed offered great comfort, so i slept well. breakfast was amazing, with a varied selection of items. every staff member was super helpful and friendly.
My room faced the carpark. I noticed some noise from the air conditioning units.

the location works really well for exploring some parts of the city. the staffs attitude seemed helpful and the room have a safe box and free water in the fridge. it was very convinient.
i found a little disappointing that one of the windows didn't open properly. this, especially with the sun setting. the air conditioning switching off during the night also affect my sleep.

my room was a superior king room, and it was spotlessly clean. i ate several meals in the restaurants, the lounge and lock 4, and the food was excellent.
My room was close to the linen room. it was noisy in the morning, and light was getting into the room. One of the pillows we each had was too large.

the superior king room was quite spacious , and i found it clean. the bed was very comfortable. breakfast offered a vast selection of choices.
one of the windows did not open , so the room became warm. the air conditioning turned off during the night. i only received an apology at checkout regarding the issue.
